THE TEAM
INTERNAL PROCESSES
Our project managers
Our project managers are first and foremost outstanding linguists and managers. They will be at your side to assist you in each stage of the process. Your dedicated project manager already knows the kind of issues or problems you face and is there to guide and advise you throughout the collaboration.
Our translators
Rigorously selected by us, our translators are true experts in their chosen fields. Whether specialised in law, finance, communications or technology, each translator has working experience in their chosen field and a sound linguistic education. Our translators are regularly appraised by Yamina, our quality expert, but also through your feedback.
MAKING THINGS EASIER
Here are a few tips to help us give you the best possible translation in the shortest possible time:
- Let your project manager know the context of your translation request: the target language of the text, the message you want to convey, the stages of production that come before and after the translation, etc.
- Tell us as much as you can about the project: will there be different versions or languages to come? Might there be fine-tuning of the original text? Do you want the visuals translated or not?
- Please, if you can, send us a document in an editable format! (All PDF documents originate as an editable document in Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, etc. We prefer to work from the original format so we can stay true to the original layout and avoid any errors arising from the conversion of a PDF document.)
